Order Processing Time

 

All products are handmade to order within 14 business days from the time the order is placed. Custom orders take longer to make so they typically get processed and shipped within 14-21 business days after the order is placed.

Domestic and International Shipping Rates and Times

Shipping rates will vary by order and are calculated during checkout. For any orders, you have the option to choose Standard Post or Express Post.

UkrPoshta: For all countries, the average time of delivery is 2-3 weeks to USA, 1-3 weeks to Europe since the day of dispatch; about 3-6 weeks to Australia.

International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may be applied to the order. Dracowings is not responsible for any additional fees incurred by customs.  Please note, shipping times are often impacted by factors outside of our control such as weather, customs, or COVID related restrictions and delays. We strongly encourage placing orders well in advance to prevent untimely delivery.

Shipping Carriers

All packages (domestic and international) ship via UkrPoshta, unless a different carrier is requested. You may upgrade to UkrPoshta, DHL.

How do I check the status of my order?

After your order ships, you’ll receive an email that includes a tracking number for your package. If you don’t receive this email or need assistance tracking your package, please contact us at dracowings.store.ua@gmail.com  and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns, however you will have 14 days after receiving your product to contact us and we will exchange item(s) for another product. All products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for exchange. We do not refund shipping fees.
